Win Warp Feature

The History of Star Trek�
Star Trek first hit the small screen in the 1960's straight from the vivid imagination of its creator, Gene Roddenberry. Roddenberry was an experienced writer and producer and was keen to bring a thoughtful science fiction drama to a television audience. Star Trek became a reality in 1966 in on NBC. After 3 years there were enough episodes to allow the show to enter syndication, and it was in the early 1970's that the show found its true fan base amongst after school viewers. To date, Star Trek has spawned 6 television series, 11 films, hundreds of books and magazines, and thousands of fan sites.
