What did you do when you realized you'd hit the jackpot?
I could not believe it. I was in shock. I kept the flashing lights and the Jackpot winner screen on my computer for 2 hours. I was somehow sure that someone would come back and tell me that I really did not win the money due to some technicality, but I saw it posted on your website and then I knew it was true.
How will you spend your winnings?
Right now I am in the process of opening a restaurant serving take out food and I am going to use the money to get that business open. It could not have happened at a better time.
How long were you playing before you hit the jackpot?
Well I have been playing off and on for the past 2 years, but on that particular day I had been playing about 1/2 hour.
What do you do for good luck?
Just try to remember I am playing for the fun of it. I do not think there is really anything a person can do to help them win. It is all luck.
What piece of advice has most helped you through life?
Good things come to those who wait. Do not get in to a hurry, just be patient and if it is meant to be it will happen.
What is your dream holiday destination?
My dream holiday destination is Maui, Hawaii. I think it is a beautiful place to see and the weather is perfect.
If you were stranded on a deserted island what 3 things would you take with you and why?
My husband for the obvious reasons. Plenty of material and thread to do cross stitch so I would not get bored. Some type of weapon to protect myself from animals. I really do not know how to answer that question. Never really gave it much thought.
What is your ultimate goal in life?
To be happy. Have happy children and to be able to take care of us all without any financial problems. A non stress life.
Is there anything else you would like to tell us about yourself?
I am married to a wonderful man of 18 years. We have two boys age 5 and 7. We both have worked very hard in life and it is finally starting to pay off. People kept telling me I was crazy to keep playing those slot machines, but i did not believe them. I knew it would pay of one day. Now it makes me believe I can win again.
