Challenge Online Casino Serves Up $200,000 Win At A Not So Mad Hatter's Tea Party.
Within several days of launching one of its new video slots - Mad Hatters, Challenge Online Casino served up a $205,625 win for one lucky player, the operator announced yesterday. Known only as Michael A., the winner struck lucky on one of the four new July games releases from Microgaming - the world's leading online casino and poker software supplier.
“Extreme excitement”, was the player’s initial response to finding out he had won, especially as he was in the middle of a bonus game at the time so didn’t get a chance to see all the pays per line. “I saw the wilds line up line after line and just froze as the reels stopped. Then I just hopped out of my chair and said Oh Gosh! Or words to that effect!” he commented laughing afterwards.
Having already notched up total winnings of $77,730 with six previous wins on Challenge Casino, Michael A then went on to win a further $8,405 later that day, which might go some way to explaining why all his friends say he has the Midas Touch. Michael said he plans to spend his winnings on a few things for the house, but will put the rest away for a rainy day. However, a trip to his favourite vacation destination, Hawaii, was not ruled out.
Mad Hatters, one of four Microgaming games released at the beginning of July, is a summer tea party with a difference. The five-reel 30 payline video slot features several unique firsts for online gaming, including different ways to win on more pay-lines, up to 50 free spins, and the innovative Extra Wild and Expanding Wild.
